What materials do you use?Β 

We primarily use both stainless and titanium steel which are highly resistant to scratches, corrosion, and tarnishing, ensuring long-lasting wear. These metals are less likely to cause skin irritation or allergic reactions, making them suitable for sensitive skin.

We use a lot of double jump rings in our jewellery as they are highly secure for both connectors and attaching charms and chains. Two loops create a more stable connection compared to single jump rings, making the jewellery more reliable for everyday wear!Β 

Where do you deliver to?Β 

We only deliver to mainland UK at present, but have hopes to expand this soon!

What are the delivery charges?

For orders exceeding Β£20, delivery is FREE. For orders under Β£20, there is a small delivery fee of Β£2.29

What are your delivery options?

We use Evri, DPD or Royal Mail, depending on the weight of your order.Β Β 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will beΒ dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery is estimated at 3-5 working days.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn't arrived in the expected timescale, please get in touch with us on contact@bloodrain.co.uk and we will investigate this for you.Β 

Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be amended.Β 

Can I amend my delivery address?

Purchases are packaged and labelled within 48 hours. As such, we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. As we are a small independent business, if your label has already been purchased, unfortunately we will not be able to amend the address. Please ensure to double check the delivery address before checking out!Β 

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

In the instance of a product problem, please contact us on contact@bloodrain.co.uk or use the contact page on our website and we will be happy to rectify the issue. We can often do any necessary jewellery repairs on site.Β 

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Do you accept Klarna or Clearpay?Β 

No, we do not.

While convenient, these services can encourage spending beyond your means. Each time they're used, a search appears on your credit history, which stays there for up to six years. This can sometimes impact significant financial decisions, like mortgage approvals, even if you have an otherwise excellent credit score.
